Summer Smoothies

Three-Berry Blast


½ cup of milk
½ cup of plain low-fat yogurt
½ cup of blueberries
½ cup of raspberries|
½ cup of blackberries

1 frozen banana cut in chunks
Two orange slices for garnish

 Pour milk into a blender.
Add the yogurt, berries, and banana.
Blend on high speed until smooth.

Garnish with the orange slices as desired.

 

Spicy Tropical Squeeze

½ cup of pineapple juice
1-inch chunk gingerroot, juiced or grated
1 cup papaya peeled, seeded and cut into chunks

4 ice cubes

Put the pineapple juice and ginger juice into a blender.
Add the papaya and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until smooth.

 Coca Banana

1 cup of milk
1 ½ cup of banana slices
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa power
½ teaspoon cinnamon

 Pour the milk in a blender.
Add the banana slices, cocoa power, and cinnamon.

Blend until smooth.
